Our mission at Teodoro Oscar Ciampo is to be leaders in the manufacturing of gears and industrial spare parts, offering products of the highest quality that exceed our customers' expectations. Our industrial plant consists of a 1200 m2 production hall and a 200 m2 annex housing our offices. The site has dual access from parallel streets with easy access to the city's major roads, which facilitates our logistics. Located in the city of Rosario, which has an international airport and port, enabling agile international shipments.

Our industrial process is carried out with internationally recognized quality machines such as: HECKERT, NILES (Germany) and REISHAUER, MAAG (Switzerland) to accurately measure and control the finished and in-process product. We maintain a substantial inventory of special steels, including SAE 8620 - SAE 3310 - SAE 1045 - SAE4140 - SAE 3115 - SAE 4340, with over 100 tons available up to 450mm in diameter to promptly address customer urgencies and requirements. Our highly experienced and versatile workforce is characterized by strong company loyalty, making the company's success a shared project of the entire Ciampo team.

Our industrial plant features internationally recognized quality machines such as: Heckert, Niles and Reishauer (Germany), Maag (Switzerland) and Tos (Czech Republic), as well as modern machining centers and CNC lathes. We also have Maag (Switzerland) equipment, precision instruments to measure and control parts, which allows us to verify very accurately the pitch, profile, center distance, eccentricity, helix angle and surface quality of the various machined parts.

SAE 8620, SAE 3310, SAE 1045, SAE 4140, SAE 3335, SAE 3115, and SAE 4340 steel grades are available. Over 100 tons in stock, with diameters up to 450 mm.
