Our history

It is a family business, with its founding partner serving as president, and his children holding different management positions within the organization. It has 16 employees, 3 of whom work in the administrative area and the rest in production.

At Teodoro Oscar Ciampo SA, excellence has always been our driving force. We were one of the first companies in Argentina to certify the ISO 9000 standard. This achievement not only reflects our dedication to offering high-standard products and services, but also our vision of leading the industry with efficient, safe and reliable processes. Currently, we have an INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM adjusting to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards (certificates), ISO 14001 standards for environmental management of organizations and ISO 18000 for occupational health and safety management.

We transformed from a sole proprietorship to a public limited company, going from being a pure metalworking company to specializing in the gear industry, acquiring machinery and professionals specializing in the field. We are currently a national benchmark in gears, due to our experience, permanence in the market, portfolio of the most demanding clients, and our staff.

With respect to the above, TEODORO OSCAR CIAMPO SA is an approved supplier, with a permanent current account at ACINDAR S.A., for 48 years, at SIDERCA S.A.I.C. for 50 years and at SIDERAR S.A.I.C. for 22 years. We must also mention as clients ALUAR, AES ALICURA, AKZO NOBEL S.A.I.C., CORCEMAR S.A., MINERA AGUILAR and LEDESMA SA, among others. The manufacturing of its products is based on order orders, drawings or samples, it is not produced for stock. It is marketed by participating in electronic tenders, or by invitation to quote via email. Plants are visited and active sales are carried out, only when requested by users or industrial maintenance personnel.
